How do I register for the event? Register for the virtual event here. Just fill out the form and click “register”. Once you are register you will receive an email to confirm your registration.

When will I receive the instructions for attending the virtual event? You will receive an email with the necessary instructions within a couple of weeks of the event. Make sure that the email address associated with your registration is accurate and up to date so that there is no delay in receiving our communications.

Can my computer or mobile device handle the virtual event? Most up to date computers and mobile devices such as laptops, desktops, and handheld tablets are capable of running the virtual event for you. However, for the best experience, we recommend using a laptop or desktop computer for the event.

What do I need to do on the day of the virtual event? On the morning of the event, you will receive a reminder that will look a lot like the initial virtual event email that you will have received a couple of weeks prior to the event. This will also contain a link that will automatically login the event. We recommend logging in 5-10 minutes early. Here, you will want to check your audio and your connection before the event begins.

Do I have to attend all 3 sessions? The 3 sessions were designed to build off of each other.  Although it is not mandatory, we recommend attending all 3 sessions/each day of the summit.

Will I have access to session information after the event? In a word, yes! You will be given the opportunity to download informational material from each of the sessions you attend virtually.

Will I be able to see the other participants? Yes. You will be able to see the participants in each of your breakout sessions. However, you will not receive a list of all participants from the summit.

Can I share my link with my colleagues? No. Please encourage everyone who you want to attend the event to complete the free registration form. This helps us keep an accurate count of attendees and provide you with the best experience possible.

Can I ask questions during the breakout sessions? We encourage you to ask questions at any time using the chat feature in each session. This is a public Q&A tool that allows virtual attendees to pose questions to the presenters. These questions will only be visible to the session presenters for response during the live session or afterwards as a follow up.
